The coordinator of the Smart Balkans project for Albania and Kosovo Mrs. Kledia Lika was invited to the show “Ora shtatë” on Klan Kosova television, where she presented to all interested citizens in Kosovo the project and the opportunities for grants that this project offers. During the interview, she emphasized that the goal of the project is to strengthen participatory democracy and increase the influence of civil society in integration processes. Ms. Lika explained that this is a project of great importance for the Western Balkans region, as through it is intended to contribute to the creation of peaceful, inclusive societies and to send the voice of citizens in policy-making.
Ms. Lika made a detailed presentation of all types of grants and the financial, technical, and capacity-building support the project will provide for the civil society sector. She invited all interested organizations and individuals to stay in constant contact with the project through its social networks, and encouraged them to apply to the public calls for grants that will be opened continuously during the 4-year period of the project’s implementation.
