Summary of the project
This intervention aims to empowers children and youth, especially those from vulnerable groups, to meaningfully participate in decision-making processes that affect their lives, express their opinions freely, and develop active citizenship. It strongly contributes to the protection and promotion of human rights, particularly by fostering an equal, inclusive, and participatory environment among children and youth. In this regard, the intervention provides significant innovation in the field of child and youth engagement, ensuring a sustainable and inclusive mechanism for children and youth, as well as offering the methodology and capacity-building actions that ensure their inclusion in all relevant processes. Through this intervention, the MEGAFON platform for children and youth will be established. Approximately 500 children and youth will be directly involved in processes such as the drafting of legislation, monitoring the implementation of legislation, budgeting, awareness-raising, and advocacy.

Establishing MEGAFON for the development of advocacy initiatives by children and youth.
Target groups and beneficiaries
The final beneficiaries of the project are children and youth, with a focus on those in need, who face numerous challenges in all areas, including protection, well-being, health, education.
Main activities:
Development of the Methodological Guide for the establishment, organization, and functioning of the MEGAFON Platform for child and youth activism.
Conducting a three-day Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop for 34 KOMF member organizations to apply the Methodological Guide for the functioning of MEGAFON.
Organizing 5 informational sessions with 100 children and youth from KOMF member organizations to build their capacities on activism within the MEGAFON framework.
Organizing the National Conference for the launch of MEGAFON.
Organizing a national awareness campaign to inform the public about MEGAFON and its mission.
Developing three national advocacy initiatives by children and youth within MEGAFON.
