Agenda EUPC trening Livno (1)-1

Training on the European Prevention Curriculum (EUPC)

The Association for Prevention of Addiction NARKO-NE is organizing the seventh training on the European Prevention Curriculum, and this time it will take place in Livno on November 8 and 9, 2023, at the Novitas Hotel (HVO 8 street).

The training program is designed for public administration civil servants with a general or specialized function and responsibility for the development and/or coordination of preventative initiatives. The course is not meant for practitioners unless advocacy is part of their job.

The curriculum was created by the European Center for Monitoring Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA), and Amir Hasanović and Andrea Mijatović, two of the leaders, are certified trainers for the implementation of the curriculum in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The European Prevention Curriculum (EUPC) is a science-based prevention training curriculum designed to promote the use of modern, effective methods to substance use prevention and to help individuals make well-informed decisions about funding and implementation priorities at the national, regional, or local level. You can find more information about the EUPC here.

The training is conducted within the regional project SMART Balkan – Civil Society for Shared Society in the Western Balkans.
