The successful achievement of the project results prompted critical internal reforms, significantly strengthening Bravura Cooperative’s human resources and enhancing its organizational image. These advancements led to the securement of a designated space for Bravura through government support, as well as the establishment of administrative agreements with the Ministry of Social Policy. Consequently, the organization experienced an increase in caregivers, an expansion of services in Shtip, and the integration of new technologies.
Bravura’s visibility in the community and beyond improved markedly, resulting in media coverage from prominent outlets such as Al Jazeera, as well as increased engagement on local social media platforms. This heightened profile also attracted a strong pool of candidates eager to contribute to the organization.
In addition, a network of Civic Associations was established to promote the advancement of social policies in the eastern region, with well-defined goals for future initiatives. Twelve representatives from these associations enhanced their knowledge of social services, fostering a collaborative environment grounded in the principle of mutual support for ongoing development.
The primary beneficiaries of the project are socially vulnerable groups, including individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and those with reduced functionality. Key stakeholders include the municipalities in the region responsible for implementing social policy reforms, civil organizations focused on social policies, the end users themselves, and their family members.
Achieving the results required an interdisciplinary approach involving external actors to accurately assess the organization’s needs. Key local institutions—such as the Center for Social Work, Employment Agency, Health Center, schools, and the Municipality of Delčevo—formed an informal partnership. This collaboration facilitated shared experiences and practices, leading to social policies grounded in current realities and providing valuable feedback on previous project outcomes.
Ongoing evaluation of the organization’s internal consolidation and results-oriented system is vital for continuous improvement. Professional development is essential for staff advancement and empowering rural women. Technological advancements enhance service delivery efficiency. As part of the Regional Network for the Advancement of Social Services “Bregalnica East,” we aim to transform it into an incubator for social providers, focusing on systematic knowledge and skills enhancement through collaboration among regional providers, thereby effectively representing vulnerable groups to stakeholders.
The Director of JU MCSR Delčevo emphasizes the vital partnership between Bravura and local social services, highlighting their shared responsibility in delivering quality care. Regular communication and proactive collaboration are essential to minimizing errors. Additionally, feedback from a network member in Kočani reflects the supportive atmosphere that encourages individuals to develop their associations into effective social providers. Together, these insights reinforce a collective commitment to enhancing social services and meeting the needs of vulnerable communities.
