Leaders of reconciliation 2.0

Summary of the project implemented by Center for the Development of Informal Education CRNO

The “Leaders of Reconciliation” project will gather 40 participants through a five-day education/training for Leaders of Reconciliation, which is realized in two cycles with 20 participants each. During the education, the participants will be educated about the importance of communication, critical thinking, tolerance and education in the process of building and preserving peace in order to be actors (leaders) in the promotion of reconciliation and peace in their communities.

Project goals

Contribute to the development of social cohesion in BiH society by promoting multi-ethnic cooperation in local communities through education on the mechanisms of peaceful conflict resolution, dialogue and non-violent action.

Beneficiaries

Participants from the first to the fourth grade of secondary schools from the area of Visoko, Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Zenica, Tuzla, Trebinje, Mostar, Stolac, Bugojno, Livno, Vitez, Prijedor, Travnik and Jajce. The following ethnic groups will be included in the project: Bosniaks, Croats, Serbs, Roma (Others).
