What unites this group of artists is their creation of proactive content inspired by social developments and tailored to the needs of society. About the project

The project is designed to be applicable to the general public and aims to include all individuals over the age of sixteen, regardless of their gender or ethnicity. “Twice Mary” is a project that focuses on raising public awareness regarding the importance of supporting victims of violence, primarily within the context of society, and subsequently through state institutions. The performance tackles the limitations present in Macedonian society by positioning itself as a megaphone for victims of violence, while simultaneously ensuring their anonymity. This approach seeks to eradicate the taboo surrounding victims and contribute to a healthy and democratic discussion of current issues. The rejection of taboos remains the primary objective of the civil sector.
