The path to reliable and verified information is not simple, and the legal procedures that protect the right to free access to information (FAI) often act as a exit-less maze.
The Law on Free Access to Information gives the opportunity to all domestic and foreign natural and legal persons to exercise the right to access to information in the same way and under the same conditions and circumstances. The right to access information can be exercised by submitting a request, while the authority in possession of the requested information is obliged to resolve the request within 15 days.
In order to promote the importance of free access to information, the MANS FAI service enables all interested citizens to obtain the information necessary for research, analysis or exercising a civil right in the shortest possible time and with the full legal support of the MANS team. It is sufficient to submit a request for free access to information through the MANS legal team, which will ensure that you receive the requested information in the shortest possible time. After the procedure has been carried out and once the authorities process the request and send a response, MANS will inform you of the final outcome of your request.
