SHKEJ has successfully conducted three study visits aimed at sharing best practices in managing cases involving children who need protection and support services. These sessions brought together 30 child protection professionals from the Municipality of Tirana.
The study visits showcased effective techniques, procedures, and operational methods used by experienced child protection workers. The insights gained are intended to serve as a model for professionals in rural areas of Tirana, enhancing their ability to effectively manage and support vulnerable children.
