The purpose is to establish the Citizen Energy Committee, aiming to fulfill the objective of aligning the strategic priority action plan through the “Citizen Energy Council” for addressing energy poverty in vulnerable groups.

According to the press release, this council’s goal is to present findings and recommendations to the Berat Municipality. These measures are intended to assist vulnerable groups, conduct various activities that impact information dissemination, and raise citizen awareness with a focus on “Energy Security.”
