Project Objectives: To assess and document the historical background, funding, and political influences on RTK, while providing recommendations to promote fact-checking, responsible journalism, media transparency, and the protection of freedom of expression in Kosovo.
Expected Project Results:
- Comprehensive report (Policy Brief) outlining the current state and key challenges related to RTK;
- Strategic recommendations for addressing identified issues;
- Enhanced public awareness of the importance of fact-checking and responsible journalism in Kosovo, particularly within public media;
- Strengthened media transparency and protection of freedom of expression in reporting.
