Presentation of the key findings on the work of the Prosecutorial Council
As a part of the “Justice Reform for the Rule of Law” project, Human Rights Action (HRA) organize an event to share key findings on the work of the Prosecutorial Council, featuring a comprehensive analysis of the composition, election, promotion, and termination of functions of public prosecutors, ethical and disciplinary accountability, as well as complaints regarding the legality of prosecutors’ work in Montenegro during 2023 and 2024.
The report include data from January 1, 2023, to October 31, 2024.
The event will geather comprising judges, prosecutors, lawyers, court experts, government officials, international organizations, and NGOs.
