Presentation of the key findings on the work of the Judicial Council

As a part of the “Justice Reform for the Rule of Law,” project Human Rights Action (HRA) organize an event to share key findings on the work of the Judicial Council, including a comprehensive analysis of the composition, election, promotion, and termination of judicial functions, ethical and disciplinary accountability, as well as complaints regarding the legality of judges’ work in Montenegro for 2023 and 2024.

The report include data from January 1, 2023, to October 31, 2024.

The event will geather comprising judges, prosecutors, lawyers, court experts, government officials, international organizations, and NGOs.
