Module training in North Macedonia: Policy development and coordination

As part of the Weber Plus project, the National Capacity Building Program is being implemented to strengthen the capacities of civil society organizations for active participation in public administration reforms. The National Program topics include specific elements from all six areas of public administration reform covered by the SIGMA/OECD Principles. For each of the six reform areas, up to four main topics have been selected for training.

The training modules are aligned with the revised SIGMA Principles of Public Administration from November 2023 – each module covers topics related to one reform area. The main focus of the training for all modules is on the conditions in the EU accession process, and the modules include the key elements of the current policy and legal framework in the Western Balkans, as well as examples of best practices in the EU.

The second training under the National Program is focused on the module Development and Coordination of Policies.
