Meet-up event “Climate reporting storytelling and best practices”

The event aims to bring together journalists, editors, and representatives from CSOs. During the event, participants will have the opportunity to provide examples of effective climate reporting and discuss key principles of responsible journalism, including accuracy, fairness, and transparency. Speakers will include professor of natural sciences involved in studying disinformation on science, an experienced NGO representative sharing best practices and tips in cooperating with the media, as well as experienced editor on the challenges and solutions of reporting on environment and climate change.

The event is an activity within the SMART Balkans regional project “Reinforcing the role of media in addressing the climate emergency” implemented by the Novi Sad School of Journalism.
